Me and my brother Andy, as it almost always was for Dan and Pip. Thou Shalt Always Kill hooked me the moment it broke through, and Angles is still one of my favourite albums.

Days after Repent Replenish Repeat came out, their highest-charting album, they played the Workman's Club on the quays. Small room, big sound, and Thou Shalt Always Kill with everyone shouting along.

Four months later we were back for Vicar Street.
