The Wailers (2025).

Me and Anita. We know this incarnation of The Wailers has tenuous links at best, but hey: a cheap gig, a Monday night, 30 minutes from home. Why not?

It was forty years of Legend, with the band now led by Aston Barrett Jr., son of "Family Man" Barrett. They played very accomplished versions of every song you'd expect. Couldn't ask for more.

The setlist.

The Oxford set isn't on record, so the playlist is from Manchester the night before. Listen: Apple Music · Spotify
